Johnnie Christenberry Johnnie started with Ackerman and Associates in 2007. Before starting his career with Ackerman and Associates, Johnnie was a scuba diver instructor in the Bahamas. Within his first 90 days with the company he was promoted into management. Johnnie has won many awards as a top manager in the MVP Division. Johnnie will be running a branch office by summer of 2009. Matthew Carson Matt's previous employment before coming to Ackerman and Associates consisted of selling newspaper subscriptions for the Indianapolis Star. Looking for something more, he started working for our company in 2006. Matt has received numerous promotions during his duration with our company, and is recognized as one of our top performers. Mayme Tapp Mayme started her career with us in 2001. Previous to accepting a position with our company, she worked as a manager of a local furniture store. It wasn't long before Mayme was promoted to a DPS position and was ranked #1 in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio for recruiting and training. Over the years she has had many different positions with us and has been on many company paid vacations. She is now Office/Sales Manager.
